Well the army stint is closing up now and I should be back in Melbourne within the next few days, good experience, don't plan on ever doing it again. At the moment I'm stuck in Weary Dunlops platoon, the holding platoon for 1RTB recruits, which is in a sense ironic since I marched out on the 14th-Aug. Don't think there will be much else to compare with the feeling of having the culmination of all the time spent at basic training and the honour of finally donning our corps badges, it was a hell of a day. For 80 days we have told you to keep your hats off inside, now we tell you to pit them on", somehow the army made that sentence really mean something. Ranting?
Looking forwards to getting back to being able to male my own decisions and sleep/eat/drink/talk/work/live to my own schedule. Is gonna be a helluva bitch finding another job, again, again... again. Needless to say my bank reservoir will aid in the purchase of goon and nights out over the ext few weeks, catch up with society methinks.

There's this disease called the freeway disease. It's when stupid, myopic and corrupt urban planners subscribe to this byzantine cult of road-worship - embarking on a journey of gridlock, road accidents, pollution, obesity, sprawl and social deprivation.
